They went above the standard for me... so I have a broken leg and I was craving Jimmy John's... I called and asked for the... manager and I spoke with Heather and she was so understanding and kind... im about a block or 2 outside there range and theystill delivered to me. Pathetic sandwich for over 5 bucks. Tiny sandwich with barely any meat. Tastes like the sum of its ingredients. I could have... done better buying the ingredients at a grocery store and making it myself. They should remove "gourmet" from their marqee asthere is no originality that makes this place unique or better than any competitor including Subway. Try Firehouse or Jerseymikes for a good sandwich.
