We went for lunch it was good all of us liked our sandwiches the shredded lettuce and mikes way really make it good

Incredibly nice staff. There was an error with the last order, and the manager put my name into the system, so when I came the... next time I had a free giant sub waiting for me. That's good business. They have something for everybody, except no spinach.Which I don't like anyways but annoyed someone in my party. They're always kind, friendly, say hello at the door, and as you cansee by the employee filling the shelf, she was doing so with a big smile on her face, and conversing with me the whole time.Good food. Good people, and a new portobello sub for you herbivores. But don't worry carnivores, you will leave full of meat.Perfect place for omnivores as well. Ordered the Original Italian Mike's way. Personally I feel JM's had the best subs for any chain restaurant and as usual they did... not disappoint. Everything was perfect. The bread was fresh and soft, the meat was great and delicious, and their "juice", itjust completes the sandwich. Read more

We have been coming here for a long time and its one of our favs. In the last month or so the quality and cleanliness has really... taken a back seat. I asked for the sandwich I always get on Rosemary/Parm bread only to be told "that's not how we make it". Thecounter top by the checkout had food all over it, when I paid for my food and 20 minutes later by the time we left I snappedthis picture, there were papers strewn everywhere, all the tables were filthy and they had no tea.
