I normally eat at Jersey Mike's once a week.. Tonight I stopped in and was happy to see no one on line.. The girl behind the... counter said she would be with me in a minute but then started helping the customer that walked in behind me with an internetorder that ended up having some type of problem ... then a 3rd customer came in and the first worker called someone from theback to help ... another worker came out and started to help me by taking my order...cutting the bread and then started helpingthe guy behind me who had what I considered to be a large complex order. after waiting so long I did not want to wait anylonger and left. Usually very happy, an glad I was paying attention, girl started making an caught her making 1/2 an told her in beginning full... subs she used ends of meat on my sandwich which is a pet pet with me. An let her continue making my subs. Then they asked if I was on the thing for discounts. So I asked young man to take my number for it an he said they dont due it no more. Then why askme. I love Jersey Mikes subs. Hands down the best subs in Florida. The stores are always clean. The food is fresh and delicious.... Unfortunately the girl that helped this visit wasn?t so nice. She seemed annoyed almost as if she didn?t want to bebothered. No greeting when we entered the store. She was not very nice to deal with. Jersey Mikes food is still my favorite. Read more

WAY too understaffed. I've been waiting 10 minutes in line, at non-peek hours, and there's one person actually able to make the... subs, and ring people out. shes trying, but she needs way more help. We order from this location at least once a week. Usually pretty good. Tonight, ordered two subs on white bread. The bread was... so stale I couldn?t eat it. Tried calling the location three times before anyone picked up. I just really wanted a new sandwich.Finally someone picked up only to tell me that was just how today?s bread was and no one else complained. Read more
