The service was great but the employees were clearly in need of help and there was no manager around nor could they get ahold of... one. Our food was overcooked but we didn't complain. The one server been there since morning bc of someone not coming in, but itdidn't dull her smile or how she served me and my family. The cook was exhausted and his relief didn't come in either. Then youhave the overnight server who made it in late but was really loud about her dismay of the situation. Yelling at customers thatshe can't serve them, she don't have a cook and if they want to come in and wait they'll be locked in. But the one young ladystill didn't leave and tried to help as much as possible. I'm sorry the employees had to endure this type of treatment. But forthe better of establishment I pray you get reliable and dependable help and weed out the ones who left the team high and dry. Read more
This was my chicken fajita omlett. It use to hang over the plate on both sides. It use to be enough for 2 meals. Now barely one.... Sad how little we get for are money now. Service was OK. Food tasted good. Just not as much as you use to get. Prices are highernow too. Read more
I will never ever order from there again... Ordered a burger & fries online, they confirmed my order, went to pick it up.. They... didn't have buns, meat or anything to make my order and no fries. I also ordered a short stack that I won't eat... You thinkthey would have texted or emailed me to let me know they couldn't fulfill my order. Nope... Never again.. I should have knownsomething wasn't right when I was the only one in the parking lot... No lights on inside the place... Just everything was WRONGon every level... Don't ever worry about me coming here again. I came last Friday before work @ 7:30 & placed a to go order. I only ordered a... grill cheese & hasbrowns a lil crispy but not burnt. I received my food 30 min later @ almost 8:00 & the whole thing was burnt &you can smell the burn smell when you opened the box. Never ever again Ihop on busch!!!!!!!! So i guess ny food was cooking foralmost 30 minutes for something so simple. Read more

We had a tasty afternoon meal. The lady that served us was super friendly, and very responsive.
Excellent food. They were short staffed but did a great job considering that. The food was tasty and good but I was sorta... disappointed my eggs were cooked too much for over medium they should have still been dippable. Worst restaurant experience ever. Waitress gave us wrong food, we had to ask for silverware. The pancakes were not cooked,... there was batter oozing out, when we tried to leave they couldn't even ring us out, they asked for my card number which iscompletely inappropriate and shouldn't be required. Almost charged me 45 dollars for a meal that was "23 dollars" but reallyworth 0 if u ask me. They gave us a 20% discount however, for how long we were there for such a horrible experience, Any normalrestaurant would have let us go. It made sense we were the only ones in there. Read more
