This place has to have New management, wayyyy better experience then I had in the past, the cute workers here greeted me w a... smile and you can see how they worked super fast and efficient to get my order out as quickly as possible. A great change forthe better for this location for sure. I had the pleasure of being able to order a delivery which was great since in the pastthere weren?t any drivers available due to staffing. The experience with that was great to. It was a girl driver that was alsovery friendly w a nice smile and hot fresh pizza. Worse pizza order ever! If I could rate negative numbers I would. Pizza arrive hour and 50 minutes, when previous stated 25... minutes to be delivered. Got my pizza in the wrong size and not one of the three toppings ordered. Missing the Howie bread andwrong 2 liter. Took it back to the store and had to wait for a correct order from employee with an attitude! Read more
After a day spent meandering- my brain full of new sites and adventures, I was craving a taste of something a bit more familiar... and preferably fast. And did I make the right choice! The staff were friendly and even gave me a few tips of places to visit. Inno time, they whipped me up such an ambrosial pizza that my mouth is watering as I recall it. Even before I took the first bite,the intoxicating, sumptuous aroma of the rich sauce, and fresh mozzarella intermingled with the piquant scent of various spicesand embraced me in the warm nostalgia of childhood when pizza was king. Biting into the slice revealed a crust cooked to adelectable perfection on texture, the cheese melted but stretchy, the vegetables savory with a balanced hint ofcaramelization. More than once they have forgotten to add crust flavor to the pizza. My initial complaint was ignored, so I called corporate and... they said each branch is independent and issues like this must be handled with the manager of that particular location. Thecomplaint was sent to the manager of that location again and it was ignored?again. Advice: Always check to make sure crustflavor has been added when picking up or getting a delivery. When ordering and you get to the webpage where you enter yourpersonal information, add a note in the ?Special instructions? box asking the employee(s) to make sure crust flavor is added.After I started doing that, it hasn?t happened again. Ordered delivery, 2.5 hours later after multiple calls they said that they ?attempted delivery? after straight lying and telling... me there were no drivers. Ended up driving to the store myself and picking up my pizza after paying for delivery. Buyerbeware, this place sucks. My wings look hastily made after calling and telling them I would pick my pizza up. Order fromliterally any other pizza place. Read more
After using the app repeatedly for deivery, every 6 pizzas ???? get a free Medium 2 topping pizza!! They are always fresh and... super crew. Jesus provided very sweet customer service, all the team is a great asset. Mangia!! Read more
