Been there 4 times. The blond girl that works on Wednesdays has a bad attitude. Doesn't matter how many times you say it's for... here, she serves everything in a to go containers. I hate eating out of boxes!!! I guess she doesn't want to do dishes. Shemade my order AND put it in a to go box. I asked her to correct it. So she burnt it the second time. It's far to expensive forfast food and bad attitude!! Then they want a tip too. Won't be back! They don't even deserve one star. Read more

This is my new go-to destination for acai bowls! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the bowls are amazing. Everything... is fresh & delicious, and the bowls are overflowing with food - it almost feels like I'm eating a dessert instead of somethinggood for me. I've tried dine-in and to-go, and they are both good, but I felt like I got even more with the dine-in glass bowl.The prices are a little higher than some other places I've had acai bowls, but that was the only downside. After attempting tomake my own acai bowls at home, I think it's worth cost. The restaurant is always clean, and there is usually seatingavailable. It's in a little plaza, but there is a turning lane to get in if you're heading north on Countryway. I only wish itwas closer to my house - then I'd be there more often! There's a location in Palm Harbor too. Hopefully, they'll be expandingto more locations in Tampa Bay soon. Read more
I absolutely LOVE this place. I order from here about once a week. The bowls are fantastic, and the service is always fast and ... the people are so nice. I've also done the online ordering and my order was completed right on time, where I didnt have to wait.I'd recommend online ordering if you want to get in and out when it gets busy there. I have been to this location 3 times. The customer service is fine. Never had issues there. I have an on-going issue with the... smoothies coming as advertised in the marketing photos. Typically I see the smoothies in mason jars filled with fruit on socialmedia Facebook & Instagram. After ordering the smoothie for dine-in they came in small to-go cups. Not as advertised and notworth $10. They also did not come filled with fruit toppings. I posted the concern on Facebook and I did get a reply from"KLang" with Grain and Berry. I will follow up upon receiving a reply. I have had the acai bowls and they do come asadvertised. Those are delicious and what the store is known for. (Photos are attached.) Read more
Grain & berry it's a great place for healthy smoothies and fruit bowls. Prices are up to par with other businesses offering the... same menu. Place is beautifully decorated and plenty of seating. Presentation of fruit bowls is unique and they are reallytasty. They offer 4 bases for their bowls. My only complaint is the amount of fresh fruit added to the bowls seems low, besidesbanana which you get a lot of. You can't even taste the other fruits because mostly all you get is banana and that's all you cantaste. Will go again to try a different base and probably ask for less banana and more fruit Read more
Ordered the ?Hello Pumpkin? bowl and ?Turn the Beet Around? juice. The staff is friendly and prepared the food nicely. The... pumpkin flavor is light and matches perfectly with the apples, blueberries, and granola with a satisfying serving. I thought Iwouldn't be able to finish it, but it was so good I ate the entire thing. The juice was perfectly blended and you can tasteevery ingredient in each sip. I highly recommend the pumpkin bowl for pumpkin lovers, and for those who like beets and carrotstry this juice! Read more
