I remember when Fushia opened years ago and I absolutely loved it. I moved away for several years and kind of forgot about it.... My friend and I were looking to lunch this weekend and decided to try it. It was really great! The Mongolian beef is excellentand my friend ordered a seafood dish that had the most unique flavor I?ve tasted in a while. So fragrant and delicious! I can?twait to go back and try the hot pot!
