The first bite of their biscuits and gravy gave me goose bumps and sent my tastebuds to heaven. The biscuits themselves were... perfection. They were light and fluffy. Stopped to try this local gem this morning! What a great place! Great atmosphere, very peaceful sitting outside. Wonderful... breakfast food and bakery ????, made from scratch! I Failed to get the young girls name at the counter but she was super sweet and knowledgeable, she informed me of the tours and... the special things for kids and the sunday yoga. I purchased the carrot cake cupcake and it was amazing. I will be back to trymore things. The place is really cute and inviting. Very clean as well. This farm is incredible! We took a tour yesterday and had an enjoyable time. Fat Beet Farm has a large biodigester for their... food waste, which produces the fertilizer for their crops; they grow their greens via aquaponics, use solar energy to run partsof their farm, and harvest rain water to water their plants. Great place to visit with or without kids. We brought kids for the tour. It was very informative and well thought out. I kind of... wish now that we had tried the bagged lunch option that is offered. However, Kaitlyn was awesome and did a lovely job with ourkids. At this farm they grow, use, and recycle just about everything from the chicken eggs, and aquaponics to the crops andcomposting so there little to no waste. There is a farm to table restaurant on site with vegan and non vegan options. We willhave to come back to try that. Read more

I came to Fat Beet Farm while visiting my sister my sister in Palm Harbor. What a great place! The food is delicious! I had the... tomato and Mozzarella croissant and a delicious chocolate chip cookie. The atmosphere is beautiful, and will only get betterwhen your goats start grazing the grounds.
