The pizza was really excellent. Truly a 5 star pizza.....but....the cashier was very nice, the Pizzaiolo was a pro ....the... prep. guys.....not so good. There were two young guys working in an unsupervised manner. They both had one glove on, one handin the pie uncovered, coughing and talking over the pizza. If this wasn't getting placed in a hot oven, I would have walked. The pizza was delicious.....the prep. guys need to clean up their act. Read more
Great little pizza spot in downtown Tampa. They have a simple menu but the food was great. Service was friendly and attentive
We came here for the first time because (other than my love of pizza) we saw that Fabrica Pizza was ranked in the top 50... pizzerias in the US. For that reason I had high expectations and I can honestly say they did not disappoint. They make a woodfired thin slice with the perfect crispiness - just that slight layer while still soft enough to fold over a slice without itbreaking. We ordered a 12 inch Margherita and a Carni. Both came out perfect and were full of flavor. I added Parmesan but onlybecause of my love of cheese and not that it needed it. The sauce was very good and well balanced with the cheese at the rightamount. It?s not a big place, maybe 6 tables inside with some counter seating along the window, and 3 picnic tables outside withumbrellas. Also I noticed on the way out that they offer their pizzas frozen for takeout which I thought was pretty cool.Strongly recommend checking them out! Read more
Awesome place for pizza. Love the brick oven flavor. Only got cheese because of my son and I had already eaten but I had to try... this delicious pizza. Will definitely come back. Employees were friendly and the food was extremely fresh. Highly recommend it.Please go here now! Read more

This pizza place is great! We were looking for restaurants close to where we were in Tampa and came across Fabrica Pizza. It is... very clean, organized, and everyone that worked here was incredibly nice and helpful. We got half verdura half buffalo chickenpizza, and it was wonderful! 10/10 would recommend. They also have Toys for Tots going on, which I thought was admirable. Read more
