Absolutely amazing!! The minute we sat we were greeted by Brandy(who is a fabulous server) and then we were also greeted by a... man who I assume to be the head chef Johnny( hope I remembered his name) who told us all the history of this gem that has beenhere for 50 years. One of the greatest burger spots in all of town. I?ve been coming to El Cap for over 20 years and it has NEVER disappointed .... The burgers are a true American classic topped with perfectly melted cheese of your choice , pickles , mayo, lettuce , tomato,onion. The beer is cheap , the fries even better. The french fries are cut McDonalds style and ALWAYS come out piping hot andfresh. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. This is an interesting place. Everything on the menu is a la carte. The water is .25¢, and lemons with your water is .25¢. The... onion rings were very good. They were beer battered and fresh. Was looking for a ???? spot to try and I found another go to spot. I passed this restaurant several times and never had a chance... to stop until the other day. I treat my ???? like ????. I don?t want anything on it, just give me the meat and ???? because themeat should do the work. When you add all the toppings, any ???? can taste good. I ordered this burger with ???? and it wasdelicious. Seasoned and they make all the burgers medium well how I like it. I really do love this place. Great burgers along with a great atmosphere. This place is a MUST if you are in the area.
