I visited this location yesterday and it was horrible customer service.I ordered a large cappuccino, received the cup it was... smaller than a large. I ask is this the large? His response was ummm Idk..Like really that was only the first mistake came backwith the actual large with coffee running down the side of the cup with no napkins, and to top it off they burnt myhasbrowns..It's safe to say I will NEVER visit this location again Read more

One my worst experience on DD. They charged me 3.99 for a bloody orange special seasonal juuce that was out of stock. Add... sausage for extra $2. N9ne of gheb came on the order and they were unable to refund. Bs trashed service. Horrible customerservice. Read more
Wonderful place to get some donuts great location too especially when you been at the casino all night an you hit for something... good. They employees are very polite an respectful the only thing I can't wasn't appeased with was how much homeless there wasaround the area like someone needs to help me start a go fund me or some kind of project to help feed an cloth the efficiencydeprived civilians out here in Tampa. Staff was nice but they need to get it together. I used the drive thru. She repeated my order and it was correct. Drove up to... window and handed my CASH. After waiting a bit she asked me to park and someone would take my order to me. No problem. I parked.After almost 10 minutes, they brought me my order. I was missing my coffee, so I told her. I also took this as an opportunity totell her that I was waiting for change back from my CASH. After about another 7 minutes, she walked out with an iced coffee. Itold her that I had ordered a hot coffee. She then told me that they couldn?t even find my order. She walked back in and afterprobably another 10 minutes or so, she still had not come back with my coffee. I had to send my daughter in to remind them thatI was still waiting. My daughter came out with my coffee, but still no change. I asked her what they told her and she said ?theyforgot?. At this point, I didn?t even care about my change. It was maybe $3.00, but it?s more about principles and honesty. Were they hoping I would drive away? I didn?t get my change, they forgot my coffee and wasted a lot of travel time. Only stop here when late and don't have time to drive to another Dunkin. Sadly they are out of whatever I want, and when I do... get the food its normally undercooked. Whoever owns this one has a LOT of work to do. It's sinking fast and needs better supplyand more professional staff but it begins with the owner. Read more
They forgot to give us a sandwich when we ordered in the drive thru and we?d driven off by the time we realized. They didn?t... have a manager working so they couldn?t refund us. I don't know if this was an off-day for this location or normal practice, but this location deceived pickup orders by having... their doors locked yet walk-ins were enabled in the app. I still had to go through the drive thru even though selected walk-inon my pickup. Usually whenever other Dunkin locations are drive thru-only, they will indicate as such when placing yourorder. At least the employees were nice and had my order ready for pickup. Read more
