The young lady I interacted with at this location yesterday was completely devoid of any customer interaction skills. She has... no business working in a customer facing role. While the donuts were great, because I had to deal with such a rude, underskilled, abrasive person, I will not shop this location again. It is a shame that so many large companies no longer monitor ormystery shop their own businesses. This is the 2nd DD location to demonstrate awful service. Read more
I frequented there because I work close. The service has been decent usually except one more the drive through attendant... couldn?t hear well because landscaping around. Frustrated with me she started to screaming at me about needing to speak up whenI was already basically yelling into her call box. I understand frustration and stress but to treat a customer badly oversomething we can?t control is no good business. Ask me to come to the window to place my order if there difficulties at the menuboard. I won?t be going back. Read more

My regular dunkin on my way to work. I never have issues so I'm genuinely surprised by some of the other reviews. The ladies in... there are always nice and can accommodate dairy substitutes. After years of being a DD customer, I am honestly totally disappointed in the poor service and treatment I?ve been receiving... from this store the past few weeks. They used to have great service and pleasant employees, but now, their afternoon/eveningstaff is horrendous, can?t get drive thru orders right, the sandwiches they make are disgusting and missing the meat, or otheringredients? they clearly have not been trained properly or they just don?t care. I would recommend trying a different storewhere they know what they?re doing because clearly this place has declined in service, staffing and friendliness. I would notrecommend this particular store until they make changes and improve their service to meet customer?s expectations and acorrectly prepared order. Today was the last straw. I ordered 2 drinks and 3 sandwiches and only got the drinks, the sandwicheswere missing ingredients so I returned them and they refused to correct the problem. I have contacted the corporate office. Job challenged employee... Forgot to add a drink to my drive thru order this morning and asked to add it at the window. ... Employee Natasha rolled her eyes at me and reluctantly added the drink to my bill while chastising me about how she is on atimer, will get in trouble by 'them,' and is not supposed to add on to the initial order once a vehicle makes it to the window. Alarmed that I just drove this company into ruin, I offered to drive through the drive thru again to properly order, but atthis point Natasha had worked herself into a frenzy of knowledge regarding other fast food places. While we waited for my entireorder, Natasha generously lectured on Church's Fried Chicken and a few other places that absolutely will not add on to an orderonce a vehicle reaches the window. Tip for Natasha, get a new job b/c you are clearly not capable of customer service. Read more
