Literally sat in line for the third time for more than 15 minutes with one car in front of me waiting for someone to take my... order. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous I have never seen a slower moving coffee place in my life. Never again wasting waytoo much time and I ordered ahead. I came to this location and knew there would be a little wait, but never thought that I actually wouldn't receive my food. I... waited for 30 minutes on the inside and they only serviced the drive thru. The lady behind me waited just as long for a snackinbacon. I ended up wasting 30 minutes because all I left with was a refund (at my request). Oh, I was offered a donut for mywait, but they should have attempted to fix my order! Order a mobile order @8am for drive thru. Med ice coffee and maple bacon Croissant. Croissants come with egg but mine didn't.... Then went inside to correct literally didn't leave out until after 8:45. And then the bacon on that one was not maple, orderstill incorrect and customer service was horrible. They see you standing there and you think anyone opened their mouths to seewhat you needed. Please work on not ignoring the customer and order accuracy. Read more
Went inside to order at noon. Ordering screen was down. I ordered a dozen donuts and a frozen coffee pumpkin swirl. Associate... was trying to hand me a frozen hot chocolate. He attempts to remake my order. Didn't put whip cream on like I asked. He handedme the half corrected drink and said "sorry the drink over filled and got everywhere". I said uh ok and attempted to clean up.Donuts were not fresh not sure when they made them? Definitely not going to waste my time at this location again. Read more
This location always messed up my orders: charging me one dozen of donuts instead of half dozen; didn?t apply coupon; missing... one order?. So I have to carefully check the receipt to make sure I don?t over pay. The two stars are given to the location(convenient for me) and a pleasant employee who makes breakfast sandwiches. Read more
I have bad past experience I actually stopped at the Lutz Location yet due to my timing. Opted to give the Fletcher location... another chance, line was long went inside. Iced caramel Latte, extra caramel and whip (no whip). Egg and cheese croissant(burnt), medium hash round (came with 4 in the bag burnt), bagel with cream cheese (hard) and 2 donuts. After the wait the onlything was ok was the 2 glazed donuts. I had no choice but to call it in to corporate, beyond upset. Read more
Worst Dunkin ive ever been to. Some employees are friendly but most are lazy and dont care about providing correct food. I... ordered a cookie butter donut and the woman said I ordered a glazed donut and 2 bagels. My french vanilla iced coffee was rancidand the cup said original..when I informed the employee she told me the "other coffee" was vanilla. I had only ordered onecoffee.
