Literally sat in line for the third time for more than 15 minutes with one car in front of me waiting for someone to take my... order. I came to this location and knew there would be a little wait, but never thought that I actually wouldn't receive my food. I... waited for 30 minutes on the inside and they only serviced the drive thru. The lady behind me waited just as long for a snackinbacon. I ended up wasting 30 minutes because all I left with was a refund (at my request). Oh, I was offered a donut for mywait, but they should have attempted to fix my order! Order a mobile order @8am for drive thru. Med ice coffee and maple bacon Croissant. Croissants come with egg but mine didn't.... Then went inside to correct literally didn't leave out until after 8:45. And then the bacon on that one was not maple, orderstill incorrect and customer service was horrible. They see you standing there and you think anyone opened their mouths to seewhat you needed. Please work on not ignoring the customer and order accuracy. Read more
