Charging for a latte, yet continuously get an iced coffee. I?ve gone in person, I?ve used doordash and the same issue continues... to happen. I buy a medium iced caramel latte EVERY SINGLE DAY. I?m well aware of how iced coffee vs espresso tastes. I work atMorgan and Morgan and this is the closest dunkin to my job but I?d rather drive the extra 10 minutes and pay the extra deliveryfee then to continuously get watered down coffee when I?m paying almost $6 for a latte Read more
This is the sketchiest dunkin I've ever been to, there are always homeless people around the drive through. The menu is lit up... at night maybe half the time. It says they close at 9 but I went at about 8 one night to have the drive through slightly blockedby an electric cart and the lady taking trash out rudely told me they were closed, you know, despite the time. Sad to say but I will not even give this location one star. I've gone on four occasions, one occasion their not taking debit... card the second time they don't have iced coffee the third time they don't have iced coffee and the last time they asked me torepeat my order which was one coffee twice to three different people and still they couldn't figure it out. Like I said I guessit's the people working there that's going to take that business down slowly but surely sad to say. How are you a Dunkin' donutsand you don't have iced coffee if you're not taking debit cards and you don't have iced coffee them maybe you guys should closedown. I think this place has a new staff now because before they didn't care I would be trying to order coffee before work and they'd... never take my order. I stopped going there because they were rude and always made me wait 20 mins for simple coffee. Untilrecently I decided to give them another opportunity and it looks like the angry disgruntled employees are no longer there. Theynow have a fresh new crew and they are awesome and doing a good job my coffee taste great my Cressant is on point and mymornings seem to start off better. I haven't been to a dunkin' donuts in any location in the past several months that have actually provided anywhere near decent... service. I try to avoid dunkin' donuts at all costs now. I've probably cut my purchases there by about 75% because I just can'tstand waiting for 10 minutes for a cup of coffee when there's one person in front of me. Staff is nearly alwaysundertrained/unmotivated and incompetent. Dunkin' donuts used to be awesome whatever since corporate takeover, they've lostpretty much everything that made them good. Read more
