Charging for a latte, yet continuously get an iced coffee. I?ve gone in person, I?ve used doordash and the same issue continues... to happen. I buy a medium iced caramel latte EVERY SINGLE DAY. I?m well aware of how iced coffee vs espresso tastes. I haven't been to a dunkin' donuts in any location in the past several months that have actually provided anywhere near decent... service. I try to avoid dunkin' donuts at all costs now. I've probably cut my purchases there by about 75% because I just can'tstand waiting for 10 minutes for a cup of coffee when there's one person in front of me. Staff is nearly alwaysundertrained/unmotivated and incompetent. Dunkin' donuts used to be awesome whatever since corporate takeover, they've lostpretty much everything that made them good. Read more
