A good place to get breakfast, coffee, or a snack This store is located on the north side of Fletcher Avenue just to the West of... I-75 by about 200 yards. It is a stand-alone building with about 30 parking spaces on the east side of the restaurant. There isa drive-through if you are on the go or a lobby for the dine-in crowd. The entrance is on the East side of the building and thecounter is directly in front of the door. You order at the counter and pay. When your food is ready, they will call you to pickit up. There is a lobby with a few tables and chairs but not many. There are a set of tables on the outside to the north of therestaurant and close to the main road. I believe that the majority of people coming into the store get their orders to-go. Weordered Breakfast croissants and tea. The staff was pleasant and the location was relatively clean. The prices were reasonableand the food came out relatively quickly with only two staff members working the counter and the window. The sandwiches werevery good. I would visit this place again and recommend it to my fellow travelers. Read more

I go to DD everyday! Coffee was great with one exception, we ordered XL hot coffee and they put the same amount as a large... coffee instead of filling the cup? Traveling today and had to use the bathroom, I had to hand tighten the toilet seat so I couldgo? I go to DD because I trust the cleanliness and uniformity of the Dunkin name wherever I travel? little details areimportant when you travel away from home? DD is still the Best Coffee!!! Read more
I usually don't leave five stars but my experience here was simply amazing Elijah who works here made it amazing!! He simply... went above and beyond. I'm very friendly care about how my order was made. And he did it all with a smile and an amazingattitude! My cappuccino blast was freaking awesome!! He knows what he is doing and does it well. When I came back to reorder heremembered what I wanted and took care of me! This location is more than worth coming out to especially when he is here!! I hopecorporate and shows him a little recognition. This location / Dunkin Donuts Baskin-Robbins he's a great asset to the company andyou should hold dear and value to him cuz he makes this location amazing and a great experience for any customer that comes herekudos to him and I hope to see him every time I come thank you Elijah for a little amazing experience at thislocation!!???????????? If I can give this place a 1/2 star, I would because the customer service was horrible and the public safety was even worse. The... person at the window and the manager, as well as the people behind the counter, did not want to wash their hands when messingwith the ice cream nor the food. One lady was digging at her butt and when I asked to please wash her hands, she did not want towash her hands plus she asked why. Then the manager tried to justify why it would be ok for her not to wash her hands and stillpack my ice cream. Even in today's crisis, people are still so nasty when fixing and serving your food. I took my $$ down thestreet to Starbucks. This place is a Health Hazzard and should be shut down. EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Read more
Absolutely the worse, went at 8:50PM and came to a locked door when the hours on the door clearly show 10PM closing. The Owner... didn't even have the courtesy of explaining but just turned his back. No Customer Service and RUBBISH attitude. The full traysof donuts will probably be passed off as FRESH tomorrow morning. Would much rather have a better owner or another Franchisetake over this spot as this owner is downright HORRIBLE. Update: Contacted by DD and told to expect response from Franchiseewithin 48 hours, nothing more and now "ghosted" by Critian in the Customer Services team. The Rot runs deep in this Company. DD coffee is always good and it was fixed exactly as requested. Very nicely done. Today place was extremely busy. Personnel... were stressed and nit efficient. Customers were anger over poor service and long wait for their orders after standing in linefor a long time. Read more
