Poor communication. I placed a large order in advance for pickup. I tried calling probably close to 25 times over the course of... 3-4 hours and not once did they answer the phone. And the voicemail was full. Had to drive to the store to place the order. Theytold me the manager would call me to confirm the order. Never received a phone call so had to drive back to the store since theywere still not answering the phone the following day. Very annoying! Read more
Donuts just thrown into the bag getting chocolate EVERYWHERE. Clearly just thrown into the bag with no care. I ordered a french... vanilla coffee with NO french vanilla in it. And then the cashier at the drive in was very stale and rude. I will never comeback to this location. Read more
Just waited for more than 10 mins in the drive through line along with about 5 other cars, no one responded at the speaker so I... drove up to the window thinking maybe the speaker wasn?t working and waited there for about 5-6 minutes and no one ever came!Maybe understaffed maybe someone slept in, however the lights where on.
