Check your receipts - I went into the store to buy 2 donuts and a medium coffee and paid with my debit card. I got the receipt... as well as my bank statement. Somehow the employee that handled my order - charged an additional amount to my card. Not sure howsince my card wasn?t present. After I called the store they offered me a free coffee - not at all concerned with the fact thatan employee had just used my card again. That?s called Fraud. Never will I go there again and I will settle this with my bank. Read more
This store doesn't even deserve a star with the rude with customer service. They don't even greet you when you enter the store... more less after looking at you the whole time standing there don't even say they'll be right with you. Read more
I've been to this Dunkin a few times in the past and usually have no issues. Today however the wait was awful. Had a mobile... order for an iced coffee only and waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. If I hadn't already placed the order through theapp I would have left. Read more
Been to this location before many times witch I have no complains. But went there today before church they made me wait and when... they ask what I wanna They didn?t was rude. It was just a bad Service. Just go to the one on water by target April is great. Read more
I have come to this Dunkin what feels like a million times. I have NEVER had customer service like I did this morning. The young... lady that helped me at the counter looked frustrated and did not alert me with a greeting. I didn't know if she was working atthe register. I said good morning with no response and had to ask her if I could take my order with her. She nodded her head. Iordered my coffee( it turned out great as usual) and she walked away. I said thank you when I received the coffee and she turnaround and walked away. I understand EVERYONE has their own problems, but customer service is beginning to become a thing of thepast. Read more
We just left this Dunkin, and I must say we just had a very heartbreaking (but then very heartwarming) experience. When we went... in, there was a single employee, Anita (I hope I'm spelling that right!). She was running the store all by herself becauseeveryone else walked out. She was doing her absolute best in a horrible situation (people walking out, irate customers, theworks). Someone else came into the store and was immediately helping her, he was compassionate and worked with her to get thestore back up and running again. Anita definitely needs as much of a raise as she can possibly get, and I wish I got the name ofthe other man that came in and assisted her because he was extremely kind and understanding. I don't know the situationsurrounding everyone else walking out, but I can only imagine that the other employees had enough. Whatever it is, Anita andthe other man saved the day and I sincerely hope that they get the recognition they deserve! Read more
I'm not big on sweets but my son really likes them. He loves their donut holes. Donuts are probably his favorite snack, so it's... always nice to stop by and grab one. I like Krispy kreme's more, but every time I go there they're always out of the specificdonut that I want to the point where I just stopped going every single time. They never have a vanilla or strawberry. Alwayshappens to eat chocolate, which is my least favorite. The thing I want happens to be out of stock. I don't have that problemhere. I went this morning to get a chi latte and cookie butter brew. When I went to get a slip of my chi latte half of it spilled on... myself because the employee did not close the lid properly. After spilling half the latte on myself I went to take a slip tofind out the milk was rotten and smelled disgusting. Read more
