The service here is always quick and the employees are always friendly. I always stop here mid afternoon to get some iced coffee... and I am never disappointed. Occasionally I try to get a coffee roll. It's hit or miss when you go mid afternoon. I know it's apopular item, so I'm not surprised they are out when I stop by around 4. Read more
The maple frosted donut is a hit. Apart from that Dunkin is goin' downhill. Each donut came to $1.80 (yup, they've raised... prices), twice the price of the local grocery deli and only half as good. The free coffee could have made up for it - but thecoffee tasted like tap water - not even any caffeine kick to it (wonder if they gave me decaf by mistake). Went there today 10/13/2022 @10:00am Ok so I work in the fast food industry so I understand what they go through, I ALWAYS try... and be polite and understanding whenever I go to fast food place. I?m also new to the coffee thing so this morning when I wentand bought a iced caramel craze latte and two donuts I told the lady at the counter that I?m new to coffee and sensitive to thetaste, I know nothing about coffee so I apologize in advance. So when I told the lady at the counter my issue so stared at mewith a blank face and said ?so you want sugar in it?? And I said sure, as I waited they talked about me and laughed at me behindthe counter like I couldn?t hear them. Well when she gave me my coffee she proceeded to yell and no I?m not being dramatic YELLat me that when I place my order I need to tell them ahead of time that I want sugar and it cost extra and that no latte comeswith sugar. I didn?t know that so I just said ?ok sorry? and wait for the rest of my order that I had to go back to the orderingcounter and wait again for same lady who knew I had the donuts with my order cause when she saw me she said ?you had the sourcream doughnut and what else? worst experience I ever had at Dunkin?. I?ll just say this? If I had traveled 100 miles through a wasteland and was thirsty and starving, I would walk right past this... place. I have ordered here a handful of times and it was a 0/10 each time. The staff are very unfriendly as well. I ordered a large cappuccino and I get a cup half full, infuriating. The drink is already expensive as it is and I get a cup... that?s not full. Well, I?m sticking with Panera Bread or Starbucks. Very disappointing. Read more
Ordered 2 croissants (1 bacon & 1 sausage) & 2 Boston Cream donuts from drive thru...everything seemed fine until I got home.... One of the donuts had no chocolate frosting on top and no, it wasn't stuck to the box; they should have never served it to acustomer. My wife said her croissant tasted stale or something. When I tried mine, yep definitely stale. I tried calling thestore several times to speak with the manager but no answer on number listed on Google. Read the reviews and like alot of therecent reviews, this "was" my favorite Dunkin Donuts but it seems something has definitely changed with quality of their foodproducts. Read more
Came here for some after work donuts only to find out 95% of the donuts sold out by 10:30am, per the store. I didn?t receive a... receipt so I?m unable to display a name. I waited at the register for about 1.5 minutes before noticed. While ordering thecashier was busy listening to talking to other crew members and my order was incorrect. I ordered 8 glazed minis and 2 chocolatebut received 8 chocolate and 2 glazed. So, I had to go back in and have the ordered corrected. We were able to squeeze 10 minidonuts from this location but they?re absolutely not what we intended to purchase. How does a donut shop sellout and not have abackup plan? That?s a lot of loss revenue gross. Anyways, this location has certainly Ben going downhill, sorry to say. Atleast the new crew seems professional whereas the last crew was a circus. Again, sorry to say this but it?s the honest truth,nothing personal. Unfortunately there isn?t another Dunkin Donut close by so this is the location your stuck with. I reallyhope the owners see this message and understands here I?m coming from. 1. Leaky stain ceilings (been like this since 2019). 2.I do like the new seating section. 3. The reason I'm saying half is because honestly the first time I got a cup of coffee it was tea instead of coffee. But he made up... for it I will say. Because the next guy made another cup of coffee in the game it to me which I appreciated it. So that's why Isaid half for the rating. I will say the staff for Dunkin' donuts was much better for the one at Robbins it seemed like hedidn't want to work at Robin's because I even walked up to the counter he didn't come to me and ask me if I wanted anything.
