My sister & her boyfriend went to get us coffee and some breakfast this morning after having a rough night and came home so... happy after her experience, I had to leave a review. Drive thru staff hasn?t been friendly the past few times I?ve been here & was super excited to try the new cookie butter cold... brew but they didn?t put any of the cookie topping on my coffee. Double check your coffee before you leave! Read more

Thankful they had coffee for us during Nicole, dealing with lots of power outages. But the lady at the window was not friendly... and the cups were dirty and didn?t even have a sleeve for hot coffee. Don?t think we will going back. Read more

I used to come here all the time and it was a day brightener for me. Unfortunately, whoever it is that opens this location early... in the morning seems to be having a really hard time.. It definitely feels like I?m a burden by ordering when I come there tospend my money. I understand the business is tough, but maybe you guys should hire people who understand how important a joblike this is to others.. you can make or break a customer?s day depending on how you treat them. This location has been suffering for some time...new ownership has not gotten it together yet....and now the place is shut down... for a couple weeks due to renovations/ equipment updates. They seem to have a hard time keeping their more customer friendlyemployees. Many seem to lack proper training on equipment or registers. I realize it takes time when you literally fired justabout every person that wad there...but it was the blind leading the blind and the wait yimes in the drive thru and in thebuilding are ridiculous at times. I recommend a better train the trainer program for their.core.members....include somecustomer communication skills. Read more

I am a regular DD customer and this location needs to work on its customer service, making sure the order is complete and... correct. We got to the window after 5 mins of the cashier not being able to hear us or us hearing them because they weremumbling, we pulled up and someone else asked what we ordered apparently it wasn?t rang in so we had to reiterate our order. Wehad to ask for napkins. We received some of the order to which our 10 count munchkins were thrown at the bottom of a bag noteven placed in a separate box or anything with the napkins thrown on top of them, we were told to pull around to the side forthe rest of our order (we were the only car there and there was plenty of employees inside). The cashier brought us the orderforgetting the straws, I asked him for straws he never came back. I had to go inside because the straws and the order wasincorrect. The cashier who took my order argued with me that I never requested bacon; yet on my receipt it clearly shows BACONas a protein on the wake up wrap (I had to prove that as well). They wanted to see the wake up wrap, I had to run back outsideand bring it in and show them there was no bacon. I asked what the point of the drive through was when I had to come back insideto grab a straw, and have my order corrected?. I was told this was the HOOD and people steal food. Another employee asked what Iwas planning on doing with the order that was incorrect? I told them I was keeping it. She said something like ?maybe we hadplans for it? to which my response was ?are you planning on eating it??? we will not be returning to this ?hood? location everagain. I paid for my food to be treated less than a paying customer. Read more
