I came to this dukin donuts like every other day. I have an accent and I know. I ask for my order and the lady was very... unprofessional from the beginning. She started laughing and I asked her Is there a problem. She then said I do not have to serveyou go somewhere else and had her window closed when I pulled up. I called the store and it was her who answered. She proceededto say that she was the manager. My daughter explained very polite about the situation and she was very rude and disrespectfulsaying that she doesn?t know if I had a bad day but your mother needs to fix her self and saying that she wasn?t laughing at usand she told my 14 year old daughter this and she was there while she was saying all of the cruel things. After that she couldhave explained to us how she was not laughing at us but just gave us poor customer service. We called the higher up and theytold us that there wasn?t a manager assigned there yet so she lied to us and gave us misinformation telling us she was themanager. I?m not someone that likes to give bad reviews but I have to say my experience here today was disappointing. I went through the... drive-thru to get something quick to eat because I?m breastfeeding and needed a quick snack so I ordered an avocado toast and afew more items from the menu. To my surprise when I get home my toast was completely burn and I realized I never got the hotchocolate I ordered. What bothers me is that the toast is something that?s prepared in the moment which means they saw the breadwas burned and still used it and served it to me? I?ve worked in both restaurants and customer service before and this is justunacceptable! We buy food based on what we like or crave in the moment and to go home and get this is upsetting! Read more
