The pumpkin latte was okay. It didn't thrill me. I LOVE sweet and I love pumpkin flavor. The toppings were good and I could... taste the pumpkin; but together, it didn't work. The whipped topping and caramel drizzle cooled my drink way to early, and aspoon would have helped me to consume the two textures more harmoniously (which I had to search in my car for). I think a heatedcaramel-flavored foam creamer would make for a better pairing. Create that and I'll be back to try it! Read more

I went and got an egg and cheese croissant. Croissant was burnt black and the flavor was off. It made me pull over and spit it... out and gag. Plus i never got a receipt. I called and spoke with Noelle. She said I can come by anytime for a refund or toreplace and just tell them i spoke with noel. I went back to try and replace it with a donut instead and two ladies, one calledanise, was extremely rude and wouldn't let us speak. Assumed we wanted a refund and said she's not here I can't do anything foru. I tried to explain over them cutting me off and talking over me that I just wanted to replace it and they said you know what,bye ma'am. And kept saying bye over me trying to speak untill i left. I visit this location because of convenience. They only get my order right 1 out of 20 visits. I try to be patient and let... little things slide because they are ALWAYS short staffed. The employee turnover is astonishing and EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE hasan attitude and cannot perform their job duties. Today was one of those days. I asked for a matcha latte (Literally powder,sugar, and milk) and they couldn?t get that right. Had it made three times with a side of attitude each time lol. Ordered from Uber Eats....the donuts were stale....the entire order was wrong. The driver called to me to tell me the store was... out of donut holes. I asked for glazed donuts as a subsitute. They said they were out if glazed donuts....at 330pm onSaturday...(lazy staff) Then my order came I was also missing the glazed donuts as part of the dozen AND after that theBlueberry Glazed Cake donuts that were a subsitute for the missing donut holes came as muffins.??????????????????.....clearlythe employees in this store could care less! Wow this place is disgusting. Just ordered coffee it was super cold. Ordered the mini bagels they were never cooked. The... gentlemen taking the order Mike T. was amazing and has great customer service skills. I asked if they can please give meanother order Mike T. said yes no problem it should?ve been cooked the first time he apologized but Then the lady in the backCherish is her name, yelled at him saying that I had already taken a bite. I wouldn?t have known it was cold if I didn?t take abite. She slammed the food in the garbage can and when I got the food back it had two hairs on it almost like they did itintentionally. Just left this location-employee tells us the toaster is broken, that's ok but ordered a bagel with cream cheese and it's not... put together, that's ok but no knife? then tells us she has no straw for the iced coffee- how is this ok? Always disappointed with this location. When the girl read back my order i realized she was missing something i asked for,... retold her my order again, & IT STILL WAS WRONG. There employees do not pay attention at all. If you want your order toconstantly be wrong just come to this location. It is a one man army show!! He has to manage the drive thru and he has to manage the counter sales as well. But not much crowd... on the counter, otherwise waiting timing would be more..
