Super rude employees. I got there 11/19 @9:50. I understand it was 10 minutes before they closed but all I wanted was a coffee... and was told they cannot serve me. They said they were closed. I wasn't coming to order a whole meal nor order. Just a late. Allthey said it's s we can't do anything for u. We're closed. I'm working all night, i really needed that coffee. Read more
Long wait, woman taking order couldn?t hear me so I had to repeat myself too many times. Get around to the window to add to my... order because of their speaker issues and was told they can?t add to an order at the window. I waited 20 minutes, which is fine,but when you can?t hear the customer and I bring it to your attention and the response is ?I?m not the one wearing the headset?Um, yeah, I don?t care - didn?t ask. You are the one that is expected to provide customer service though, am I right? Glad tosee they are doing so well they can treat their customers any type of way because I won?t be back. Worst Dunkin? Donuts in Tampa. Lazy employees who openly complain about doing their job while the lines both in the drive thru... and inside are super backed up. Maybe they should find other jobs if they hate it so much. It shouldn?t take over 20 minutes toget a coffee and bagel, which was wrong and I didn?t find out until I was in my car on my way to work. A bacon egg and cheese isvery different from a cream cheese bagel. Employee Glen in particular needs some serious retraining on customer service. Bewareif you go here. Read more
They have a new employee who was super friendly. The GM (or maybe owner, idk, lady with short hair) has always been supremely... nice. Her and her daughter decorated for Halloween last October and were extra nice making sure they weren't disturbing me. Theyweren't. Recommend so so highly. Read more
I've NEVER had coffee that tastes good at this location. The customer service was beyond bad today. Every other day i went it is... sub par. I've asked them before to remake my coffee and all they did was put way more creamer in it. It still tasted disgusting,but now with just a lot more creamer in it. I asked for coffee not a cup full of creamer. Won't be coming back to this location.I'd rather go to the gas station dunkin up the street than this location. Read more

Great dunkin surprisingly. Probably the best and biggest around here. This place is packed to the brim during busy hours but... the employees are incredibly well trained, so usually get done by 10 mins even in the busiest hours. I had a line of 7 peoplebefore me, got my coffee and egg wrap by 8 minutes. Read more
My husband and I just had the worst tasting coffee we have ever had in our lives. I feel like I am drinking coffee ground water.... It?s been a bit of a rough morning and I finally used a gift card I had from my mom and I completely wasted my money. I amhighly upset and won?t be returning to this store. It?s a shame that all the workers in there just were messing around and notreally caring about anything. It would be great to get our money back but I don?t want to return there and deal with people whojust don?t care. Read more
