We didn't get all our food, the people working there were rude and would not refund the money for the food they didn't give us.... We spent $38 there on the way to school and thought it would be a treat for the kids to get breakfast there the first day backto school after the hurricane and it was awful. We will never ever eat at Dunkin again even though we used to enjoy it. I willalso be sure to tell everyone else I know to avoid it. Dunkin has lost us as clients. Read more
I?m sorry but this Dunkin Donuts needs better help. I place my Order inside. I was the only one at the counter so I figured my... order should not take long. Well it did. I placed my order at 10:53 AM. Walk down to the other counter to wait down there appfor my food all I ordered was a sourdough sandwich. I didn?t get my food till 1105. And they were busy through the drive-throughbut the inside wasn?t busy and you had several girls standing around showing each other their cell phones and conversations andsuch and laughing. And what until the girl that was doing the sandwiches said hey I need some help over here I?ve got all theseorders. And then finally one of the girls that was standing around showing her cell phone to another coworker said it well Iguess I better go over there and help her. Seriously this is totally uncalled for. I don?t know what the issue is with this Dunkin location, but they literally CANNOT ever make drinks correctly. You can give... them an exact breakdown of everything you want in your drink and somehow they manage to screw it up. My drinks always tasteterrible and are made incorrectly, bagels are always burnt/rock solid, hash browns are soggy, just a waste of money overall.Don?t even bother stopping at this location, you?re better off going to a different Dunkin location or better yet just go toStarbucks. At least at Starbucks you only pay about $1-$2 more and get quality drinks made exactly how you want them. Read more
First off you can not hear the masked employees due to the mask and the huge sheet of plexiglass that are between the employee... and the customer. Food was almost soggy and hash browns were nasty. I really wanted to like the food as I was grabbing a quickbite prior to having dental work done. Will not return to this establishment or another dunken if this is the poor quality offood they serve.
