The worst customer service waited over 30 mins for a cold brew and 3 donuts. They forgot about me and then tried to cover it up... and say my order came in 30 minutes later when I already had half my order I understand if you are busy it happens to us all buthave a better respect to apologize to your customers rather than blame them Read more

They s**k. I drive 5 miles here a couple times a week day or evening and 3 out of 4 times the doors are locked. No wonder they... loosing so much to starbuck's. They service is non existent in the front and lot of times rude. I now drive 5 miles in the otherdirection and go to the one on fletcher. They have service, dine in is always open and people are nicer. Unless you only want adrive thru stay far a way from this place. Read more

More concerned about the drive thur than me. I shouldn't have bothered going in. What had I even been thinking. Then my tater... tots were burnt. Honestly I didn't think that could even be done. Cream cheese on bagel not on the side and I think they gave mehalf the pack! Read more
Always an issue going to this location. Slow service, don't have donuts or food. The drive thru only works one order at a time... so from the time they order on the screen to pulling fwd to pay, no other transaction or taking order on the next customerhappens till the customer drives off. Drives me insane how they can't multi-task so the process can speed up. Every drive thruin America does it but this one can't figure it out. It never used to be this way. Read more
