It was such a great experience. The ramen I had was amazing. I believe I had the Shoyu Ramen (will edit). I wasn't expecting to... love the pork as much as I did. It wasn't chewy and rubbery with the fat attached. It melted in my mouth! The broth was amazing.It just went down so smoothly. I added tempura to my bowl. It was truly amazing. I will be making another visit very soon. Theservice was so nice as well and very considerate. I love that they have gachapons, too. I got three before leaving. Read more
It's okay. The noodles had a nice chew but the spicy miso broth was just okay. Definitely fatty broth which is nice but just... felt something missing. Send to have some ground pork and a slice of pork which the slice just fell apart. Egg I would'vepreferred less done but it was certainly prepared ahead of service with its cold semi runny yolk.
