I have stopped using Doormet services based on multiple bad deliveries and food quality issues. Most importantly, when I called... to have these errors corrected I was treated with disdain as if I was the problem. I called a second time to ask not to speakwith a manager, but with the owner and discussed my experience with who I could. I would told the owner would call me back. That never happened. After reading over the reviews, I saw a customer or past employee complain about a racial slur used onpremises. It triggered quite putrid response from management. Scroll down to see it. Burnt green beans. My gf orders this every once in a while even though I don?t really like it and have something wrong every... time. Delicious gourmet food! First time visiting here, so I was recommended the parm meatball sandwich. I also ordered the tomato... bisque and veggie sandwich! I am in love with the tomato soup as it tastes very differently compared to the traditional tomatosoups. The parm meatball sandwich was absolutely delicious and full of flavor! Veggie sandwich was really good and fresh too. 4stars for service and great food! It is a little on the pricey side but nothing too outrageous! Read more
