I have stopped using Doormet services based on multiple bad deliveries and food quality issues. Most importantly, when I called... to have these errors corrected I was treated with disdain as if I was the problem. I called a second time to ask not to speakwith a manager, but with the owner and discussed my experience with who I could. I would told the owner would call me back. That never happened. After reading over the reviews, I saw a customer or past employee complain about a racial slur used onpremises. It triggered quite putrid response from management. Scroll down to see it.
