Hi, please make sure to check the expiration dates and make sure the ingredients are fresh. My bf and his mom got food poisoning... from expired or bad cheese that was used on their pizza. This happened earlier this month. Read more
Terrible customer service. Lack of curtsy to call and tell you that your pizza will be over an hour late as well as hung up on... me when I challenged them on how poorly their service was. Read more
Nothing is perfect my reason for the 4 stat rating all depends who is cooking the food is delivered well but I have experienced... sometimes the miss something in the ordering the parm garlic bits several times I ordered them they were dry and just tasteplain and other orders they were perfect. So while most the times are better than not. This is why they are not perfect. Read more
THEY DONT EVEN USE GLOVES TO MAKE THE PIZZA THEY USE THERE BEAR HANDS ON THE DOUGH . White bigger lady with glasses doesnt do... anything but wait till a customers is ready to order , I called to place in order nobody answered I stopped by and see how evenif their is nobody in the store placing a pick up she is just standing their stairring at the 2 men who are making pizza andorders she doesn?t even pick up the calls ! They put enough sauce on it this time! I ordered the extravaganza with 8 toppings for $16.99 removed 3 toppings, added bacon and... extra sauce and viola, a pretty good pizza! We went there to pick it up, no issues, took it home and had some pizza! Read more
Sent me a salad that had black spoiled wilted lettuce. I called in, the lady said she would refund my money. 30 minutes later,... here at my hotel room door is another black salad. I called. A guy answered the phone and said he can't refund "just a salad".He would have to refund my whole ticket. I said, "ok, go ahead" he refused. He said he can give credit or send something thatworth the cost of the salad. 1. Credit won't work. He don't live in this area and we are going home tomorrow morning. 2. We area family of 3. We don't eat that much. So.. if you are visiting Tampa, and hope that you can get a great meal... DONT ORDERFROM HERE!!
