I don't know who owns this place but, man please read the entire review. On Friday, Aug 5th; I rushed and arrived at the... location at 9:55 PM only to hear that they are CLOSED even though as per Google listing and their own website it says that thestore is open till 10:00 PM. So, technically I had 5 more minutes to order but, on arrival I had to knock on the door and thepeople (workers) from inside rudely said that they closed EARLY!!!!! which is confusing and surprising. First of all it's aFriday night where families look forward for the weekend and want to have some ice cream and there's no doubt that ColdStone isone of the best ice creams but, the sad part is these individually owned/operated stores who are unprofessional andirresponsible. If you plan on closing at 9:55 or 9:45 or 10:00 or whenever you want please mention the exact time so thatpeople don't promise their kids or put themselves in a situation where they're rushing to be there on time; ONLY to hear thatyou are closed early (smh). Owner - please take care of your staff and if the store is owner operated then ColdStone Corporateshould take care of this situation as it hurts their reputation and business. Read more

Lovely place esp with kids to have various ice cream flavours.
This was my very first time enjoying Cold Stone. There was a very very long line to get ice cream. Once it was my turn I ordered... the chocolate covered strawberry and a waffle bowl. The ice cream was delicious the employees were pretty friendly. They havesome tables and chairs outside however, I do not recommend sitting at them the metal chairs are not sturdy in one of them isbroken we brought that to the attention of one of the young men that work there. He said that he would check it. It was almosttime for them to close and we watch them bring the furniture in however, he did not look at the chair he just brought it in andI hope they don't bring it back outside for someone else to use because, someone will fall and get hurt. Our first stop was going to other place drive true, but we had to wait for long time. We made second choice to go. Which is cold... stone. Pretty much we was very comfortable late evening sitting in our car.no shoes. This sweet person Noel. Took her time andtook care of us. And welcome us inside store even was busy but she was very professional. We would like to say thank you. Welldone. Best service ever. Read more

Got to the shop at 9:46. And they close at 10 and was told cannot get Mix ins. I walked out and heading to twistee treat.
