This chicken/fries were Dry over cooked, Cold as well. The mashedpotatoes was gritty, Water down gravy. I ordered on DoorDash. When my food arrived several items were missing including all the chicken, family sides were only regular... sides, no biscuits, no lemonade. DoorDash put in an order for a full replacement. So I called the store and let them know whathappened and they assured me they would make sure everything was included the second time. When my food arrived the second time,It was missing my lemonade, okra, biscuits, and chicken, AGAIN. I reached out to DoorDash and because they had already issued areplacement once, they told me that I had to call the restaurant. Of course. How could they believe the same thing would happenTWICE. So I called the store, spoke to the same person and then Mrs. Diana got on the phone. She knew it happened because shetold me the driver left the lemonade behind. I explained everything that was missing and she told me I could come back on Mondayand she would be there to replace the ENTIRE MEAL. Tonight, when I arrived I asked to speak to Mrs. Diana. I told her my nameand she said, ?Oh yes. I remember. What were you missing. Just the lemonade, right.? I said, ?No? and told her all the things Iwas missing. I then reminded her she had offered to replace the whole order if I came in. She LAUGHED at me and said, ?oh honey,I cannot replace your whole meal. Only what you were missing.? Ridiculous. She knows what she told me. Why would I go all theway for that? Now I?ve not planned anything for dinner and I?ve convinced my family we are going to give it another try.Whatever. Food was dry, lacked flavor and doesn't have the original church chicken umph we craved. Ok top of that, the generator running... near the drive through made ordering nearly impossible and really frustrating. Service was mediocre, but I mean... It's 2022-guess that's the new norm.
