How do you burn a burger beyond recognition and top it with raw bacon and serve it to anyone? Then when the person returns it,... no apology, no empathy because I was short on time. Be for real! Went here for food and drinks after work on Friday and had a pretty good experience. The service was a little slow and it took a... while for us to get our drinks. Your restaurant is providing horrible service, yesterday my mother and brother left the bar after 25 minutes and no one had... given them their order. You guys need to focus on service and your kitchen is lacking cooks, thus creating such slow service andthe poor servers have to face us angry people, I was there from 7-9pm, do you think this is fair?? When your lobby was notfull?? ???? the table you see there on the right, is my table, empty, I had to wait 20 to be seated on the well prepared table,to supposedly give the servers time, we still got our foods at 8:40 or so... explain that to me! Whenever I go to Chili?s, I tell myself to try something new, but always end up ordering fajita. The funny thing about them is... that every time they get smaller and smaller, and seems like the restaurant discontinued serving chips and salsa before themeal. For drink I ordered Grapefruit-Schorle which was not in the menu. I googled it because I wanted something non-alcoholicand not very sweet. I would suggest for the restaurant to add options to the menu for health-conscious people. Read more
