Why allow yourself to be in the park if you're going to still be Shills... You really ruin the integrity of your operation by... not allowing people to get lemonade or with the all-day dining passes. Maybe, maybe I could understand lemonade. But it's theSouth and you can't have sweet tea? But you're allowed to have Coke and any other fountain beverage. But really sad part isevery other venue run by Busch gardens allows you to get sweet tea but the southern institution of Chick-fil-A doesn't? I justdon't understand why you would ruin your stellar reputation over something so trivial... One of the things that makes you standout and stand apart from all the other fast food chains that charge you for every little package of sauce and even ketchup insome places now. I noticed people can still get 20 packages of sauce. But they can't have sweet tea or lemonade with the diningpass. I remember when you're outside restaurants used to charge extra for the lemonade and then they stopped. I understand thatit's fresh squeezed and takes a little bit of Labor to get it done... You're a multi-million dollar operation, hire one morebody and give people lemonade if they want it. These are the things I don't understand when someone decides to make decisionslike this that are only going to affect customer satisfaction. But even if you want to stand your ground on the lemonade I'mgoing to say it again. Sweet tea? Five stars was given on atmosphere because the atmosphere is not designed by you it's designedby Busch gardens. But food and service sorry you failed people on this one. Read more

Just like the other reviews said, insane prices, very limited menu and the food quality is not good at all. I would eat at a... different restaurant. While the prices will be high no matter where you go, you'll get better selection and food quality. Read more

Eight Nuggies, Fries and drink $21. Insane price for Chick-fil-A. Don't do it. Get Chick-fil-A before going to BGT.

Incredibly expensive with extremely limited options compared to other Chick-fil-A's. Very long wait though the food never fails... in deliciousness. The menu tvs were all down and for the price it seemed they were really getting by with the bare minimum forany restaurant of its type. Hope they upgrade it! Read more

This location needs to look at the standard work at other locations. They only offer chicken sandwich and eight count nugget for... main course on the menu. I ordered an eight count, large fry and a coke. Took 30min. And cost $19. Read more

Ironically this location is a scaled down chic-fil-a. There are a number of items not available that you would find at normal... CFA. The staff were great and the food was good, so never a complaint there. Read more

Prices are exorbitantly high. A single chicken sandwich (not even deluxe) is $9. NINE dollars. Like other reviews mention, no... combos are offered here. Do yourself a favor: if you want chicken tenders and fries, just go to Dragon Fire Grill. At leastthey give you decent portions for the price. Read more

Way over priced. I realize when you visit a park you are going to pay high prices for food and drinks but I was still upset... over what they were charging. It's ala-cart style so you pay per item. No meal deals here. No drink refills either. There wasjust 2 of us and we ended up spending $33.00...for fast food. We both got a sandwich, drink and shared fries. If you are afamily of 4 or more, expect to walk away $100.00 or so lighter. As always, the food was hot and good. Just really expensive. Read more
