I?ll keep it short since it?s obvious I?m not alone, worst chic fil an experience ever , not only the fries were cold but they... only filled them half way. I contacted corporate waiting to hear from them. It?s just silly for me to waste my time on this andone can say wow you are this poor??? But the thing is they are getting paid to do their job right and I?m paying for a product,I expect what I pay for, I don?t care if it?s fries or a car. Attached photo for everyone to see. Be prepared to wait for your food. The workers are nice and they work hard but they need to have a better system of getting our... food ready. I did a mobile order for pick up but my food was not prepared until I arrived. After I checked in it was about 15minutes before I got my food. They only had one person preparing food for dine-in guest, door dash orders, and mobile pick uporders. There were about 15-20 people waiting for their order. I heard a guest said he waited for 30 mins. And someone even hadto leave without getting their food because it took too long. Read more
This location and the Brandon location have lost all my confidence in ever receiving a correct order. Ordered 2 chicken biscuits... (one with egg and cheese, one without) and an iced coffee. I was originally handed the incorrect drink and they went back andmade an original iced coffee for me?which was also incorrectly made. Somehow they managed to custom make my order with a chickenegg and cheese muffin? The order was entered correctly and then the kitchen just made whatever they wanted. At least the foodtasted good. Always and every time at every location greeted quickly and with a smile waited on immediately. Food was ready and in my hand in... less than 1 minute, hot fresh and as ordered. I always walk in for my meal as it's so quick and easy to get in and out.Chick-fil-A has excellence in customer service and satisfaction down to a science, and it's presence exists company wide andwell practiced by each and every employee. I was starving, so I thought to myself let me go on my walk because it?s healthy and refreshing. Just to get there to find out... they are only doing drive-through and curbside. The cashiers were good. The fries were good. The Cobb salad was a train wreck. Lettuce looked wet. No egg. A few pieces of... corn. There was hot chicken on it that melted the cheese. I asked the cashier for a refund. The manager never came to thewindow even though she was standing by the cashier looking at the salad. Read more
We ordered 4 meals plus a 4 count of spicy strips. Per our receipt, our order was entered at 11:19 AM. One other customer was... behind us in line but generally it was not a busy time. After about 10 minutes, I went back to ask about both our drinks and ourfood. Our cashier was working on the drinks. She carried our 4 drinks to our table a minute later- in a haphazard manner, not ona tray. I then started trying to understand why our food was so slow. No employees offered to help, but I finally was able tosignal the food coordinator to attempt to understand the delay. It was our spicy strips- and this held up our entire food order.Once I was able to request to cancel the strips, the remaining food came out. It was 11:38, exactly 19 minutes after weordered. It was a bizarre Chick Fil A experience. I?ve never encountered this in 20 years of visiting the restaurants.
