I have come to this Chick-fil-A multiple times and always receive excellent service. There is one employee in particular,... however I did not catch their name. They are extremely kind and in a friendly mood that just makes everyone in a better mood.Airports can be stressful so I'm sure they deal with some cranky customers but this employee is always so positive and make surethe customer gets what they come for. They were working the cashier the last couple times I came but they might be the managerI'm not sure..either way I wanted to leave a review on how great of an employee they are!! Read more
Stopped for a couple chicken sandwiches with customizations on them. They were made very quickly and correctly! Even though it... was super busy, they were able to keep up with the orders and still get my food correct with the customizations. Definitelywould eat here the next time I am in this airport. Emma provided excellent service. The coffee was piping hot and delicious. I've never been to a Chik-fil-A before so this was a... nice experience. Not too expensive either. Willbe back again when I am in Tampa. Read more
This was the worst Chick Fila experience I have ever had. The food was cold, and I could tell it had been sitting up for long... periods of time. And then the wait was 30 minutes from my order to when I received it. In an airport?? Who has 30 minutes presecurity to wait for food? There were also Nats in the food court and the area was filthy! This has been the worst CFA experience I've ever had. Google maps shows the location as open at 5am, and as such there was a... line forming shortly before. After about 15mins of waiting, we ask the employees "when do you open" and we are told 530. 530comes and goes and employees are still killing around, not a single person has stepped out to address the growing line ofpatrons out front to offer an explanation for the delay. At 540 there is still no one up front, no signage on, and no one takingorders. This is just absurd. An employee clocked in around 538, and as he did so I asked when they opened and he said in just amoment. The first orders were taken at 541 am, the first bag with food was handed to a patron at 550am. Not s single apology wasmade by any staff member. Absolutely unacceptable. AND I OPEN MY FOOD AND THERES NO CHEESE ON MY SANDWHICH. Read more
Customer service wasn't great and my food was wrong. I have never ever been to a Chick-fil-A and the customer service was bad.
