Usual. No complaints. Great fries. Cashier gave me attitude but I guess I'd be worn down too working in that box.

I went through the drive-thru and an automated system took my order. I ordered a fry burger no ketchup, however the system... automatically assumed I wanted a double when I wanted a single. I got up to the window and the cashier I wanted a single and nota double but she told me she couldn?t change it. I don?t know if she was too lazy, needed a manager who wasn?t available, or ifit truly couldn?t be changed, but I wasn?t impressed and just went to another Checker?s about a 6 minute drive down the road. Iunderstand trying to make employees lives easier during a labor by automating order taking, but there needs to be a system inplace for when automation fails. Read more
This was my fourth time going to this particular checkers location, the first three times were terrible, this time I had a very... nice polite cashier but I asked the manager what came on the sandwich that was advertised as a new sandwich and he could nottell me how it was made?? Now as a retired GM for checkers I'm really embarrassed that the manager could not tell me what cameon his sandwich there was a big sign out there by the speaker showing the sandwich but I wanted to know what kind of sauce cameon it, the food that I did order was hot, the only thing was the actual Burger meat was past holding time, dried out, thesandwich was put together right and I also had chili cheese fries they were hot and fresh and the rest of the crew in the frontall seem to be friendly and polite. I went to Checkers last night, not only did I stay in line for 1 hour. They gave me raw chicken. I didn?t realize until I was... eating on my way home, and I?m like this doesn?t taste right. The only Checkers anyone should visit is the Checkers by on MLK near St. Joseph Hospital, and the Checkers on N. Dale Mabry Hwy... in Northdale next to the Shell gas station nearby Gaither H.S. ALL OTHER LOCATIONS ARE DISGUSTING AND HAVE HORRIBLE SERVICE. Read more
