Overall the experience was very nice. The reason I rated it four stars is because it seems like what used to be the most... incredible customer service I've ever experienced, has dropped slightly. It used to be they worked more as teammates, theservers that is. I never remember having to ask for a refill on my drinks. I know that may seem a bit too demanding, but for lateresita it was standard practice. Our particular server was very polite and courteous, and I could tell that he was busy, so byno means is this a disappointment, I'm just trying to be as transparent as possible. Everyone at our table is very satisfiedwith the meal and made it well worth the visit. The front of house staff could have smiled more, but by no means were theyimpolite. It was great to see that they now offer additional parking. I will definitely continue to go to La Teresita as ithas been a staple in our family for 23 years. Read more
