The food at any BurgerFi I have gone too has always been good? but the service at THIS BurgerFi was above and beyond. Christie... really adds something special to this staff. She was friendly , personable, and attentive. All of the staff said hello and actedas if we were coming here just to hang out with them! What a great lunch! Thanks BurgerFi! Read more

There was a small issue with my order?it happens, no biggie. They were busy and I wasn?t expecting any accommodation but the... manager (wish I had gotten her name?she was so amazing! @burgerfi she deserves a raise!) and staff went above and beyond. Theyrefunded our entire ticket, which wasn?t necessary (the issue was with only one item). They were so nice about it with how busyit was. I went yesterday they had run out of chicken tenders. I ordered fries and onion rings. I got a super small portion of dead... fries and onion rings full of oil and tasteless. In the picture you will se how the my sons fries and my onions rings wereserved together. The restaurant itself was filthy. The glass doors and windows are DIRTY, the floor, the seats, the tables, the soda machine inside. I dont understand. The service was good because those guys are really nice. Read more
