The person running the drive-thru this morning was very rude. Attitude was not inviting and lacked politeness. Breakfast was cut... short about 30 min early and was refused our order even though we ordered ahead. Overall trash experience on this fineThanksgiving. Won?t be returning. Read more

So I stopped to the fletcher location at 11:45pm on my lunch break. There were 2 car in line. I pull up to order and was told... that they were closed because she was there by herself, but there was other workers inside and the store doesn't close until12:00am per online. This location is so unstable and unreliable. I will never return to this store. Read more

Service is slow. Asked for a whopper add cheese no pickles no union. The cook made the order and I?m not sure WHAT that was... Inside the burger. CHICKEN FRIES were HARD . Cold and old ! Attempted to pull through the drive through over an hour before they closed, ended up sitting for ten minutes before even... getting a response on the speaker. Sat in line for another THIRTY MINUTES before everyone who had been waiting in line LITERALLYGAVE UP. Whoever is managing this Burger King franchise is running it into the ground?if you can?t staff a shift or play anactive role in the kitchen, give it up and close the store. Read more

Slow. Always seemed to be understaffed. Went three time and waited around 10 minutes to get to the microphone and 10 minutes... before someone asked for my order. Please note, I was the second car in line. After ordering, the food has yet to be dropped andcooked. Waiting another 5 to 6 minutes. Avoid this place until they get a consistent employees. Read more

Visited this past Sunday August 7th and the manager there has deplorable customer service and does not know how to talk to... customers. An employee much less a manager shouldn?t yell or get frustrated at customers when simply asking a question.Irregardless of what stress you have or if its a busy day you are a representation of Burger King. I didn?t get the name but sheseems to be a tall hispanic lady that was working the day shift.My friends and I do not plan to go back.Honestly they shouldreconsider someone else for the position who will attract customers to return. Bad customer service just affects profits in thelong run. The old black gentleman who worked that day was much more nicer and kept a smile on his face.Just stay away if she?sthere or stay away all together. Wasn't very clean. Short staffed so I try to give benefit of doubt. We waited for about 20 min for 2 sandwiches. When they... finally came out they were incorrect as they apparently ran out of the sourdough bread. We only ordered them as we have beenwanting to try them. I mentioned it to the cashier and he confirmed with the kitchen staff and literally shrugged me off. Ihave sent my issue to corporate but that has yet to be rectified. Tonight was a horrible tonight to go to Burger King. I went through drive-thru to order a bacon king burger. they were not able... to put my coupon code in so they had me come inside. I go inside and they still wasn?t able to. The lady took my order and gotthe order placed finally idk how but I was okay. I get my food and drink at the counter and come home a 25 minute drive awayfrom the establishment to find out that my sandwich is only meat and bread. There is no cheese on broke piece of bacon on it andnothing else. The sandwich is dry no cheese or anything on it!!!! The meat is cold as if they just pulled some meat that wassitting there!! I try calling them and they never answered the phone. This is the 3 Time I?ve gotten my food wrong or poorlymade. I encourage everyone to take your business else where because who ever the cooks are do not pay attention to what they aresupposed to be making their customers. I will not be going back here EVER again! Read more
