The lady working the register on Sunday October 23rd at 1pm was disgustingly rude!!! I had to wait 10 minutes for her to stop... joking around with her coworker for her to rudely ask do you want something? I tried to order food and she was so angry towardsme for trying to get food at a food place, that I walked right out! I will never even think to go to this location ever orrecommend it to even the homeless!!! What burger king doesn't allow you to order food without ripping your head off??? Read more
Got to the drive-thru. "*Be right with you*" So I waited. About twenty minutes later, I was curious if I was forgotten about... or if there was just a huge order ahead of us. So I drove out of the drive-thru. As I circled the building, it turned out therewas NOBODY else in the drive-thru. The manager and her employees were just talking, laughing, and ignoring us. That dropped onceI pulled up to the window and they noticed I caught them. So we placed our orders. My partner has a digestive problem andcannot have seeded buns. So we asked for a potato bun (they always accommodate this for us at the BK by our home, but it'sclosed for renovations). They told us they don't have potato buns, but they do have unseeded ones. "Great, we'll have thatthen." The manager then came to the window and proceeded to yell at us, because they're not "allowed" to swap buns. After that,they told us they'd do it for us this time, but never again. I doubt even if the service hadn't been abysmal, that we wouldn'tbe coming to this BK again, but regardless of that, I don't see how accommodating my partners health is something that I shouldbe yelled at for, especially after they OFFERED to use unseeded buns instead. This place is a mess. The girl at the drivethough was fine and just seemed embarrassed to be caught between the manager and I, but the rest of the employees need to befired and replaced asap. The manager just screamed in my face for needing a mod for dietary restrictions. She's lucky I didn't fly through the window. We... do NOT yell at customers. That's borderline comical levels of disrespectful. I have diverticulitis and can't eat seeds. Theyrefused to mod my whopper. Don't go here. They're disgusting and hateful. They also ignored us for over twenty minutes in thedrive through. We drove around twice and they acted like we weren't even here. Again, don't bother. They're useless in here. Read more
It was the scariest burger King is ever gone to.. There were drug addicts and people shirtless and shoeless harassing the staff... who made them leave.. The service was good otherwise. I was just really nervous the whole time.... They had the restrooms lockedbut did have a key. Not my usual experience but I still got good service and food so the staff did the best they could with whatthey have to work with.. Read more
This is a franchise Burger King so they close at 11:00 they do not mention this on the app or website. They need to change there... times because I placed an order on the app and now I lost my money and have no food. Although the employee that told me this wassuper nice. Read more
They put onions and lettuce on the sandwich I was had to turn around off of I-4 all the way back to the store just for them to... give me a cold sandwich that is rock hard I have never had this experience from Burger King ever in my thirty years of going toBurger King Alone the employees was not helpful at all. The place is trashy, I bought a sandwich and couldn't find a single clean table to sit at. Plus, customers are not allowed to... use the restroom. They keep the restroom locked and employees give contradictory reasons/excuses. One of them says that it isclosed for cleaning while the manager says that it is ?under construction?. The absolute worst burger King or any fast food restaurant. Water leaking from the soda machine was not mopped up. We walked... through it. Rest rooms were out of order. I guess homeless frequent this place so everything was locked up. No condimentscups ect. Ghetto personnel. Stay far away from this burger King ???? Read more
