When I drove up to the drive thru Speaker in Ybor City, Tampa, Miss LeTrenda greeted me with a warm, friendly and personable... attitude. At the window she was so kind, pleasant and very bubbly. She made me and my husband feel so glad we came. She isdefinitely a bright light and management is lucky to have her. I hope I get to see her again! God bless her ????and keepsmiling! ???? Read more
This BK needs help and attention... financially? New management? Needs new speaker box, the girl that takes the order either... speaks too low or it's the speaker box. She didn't give much attention or use the most common courtesy for a fast food drivethru (hi, your total is, thank you, have a good day) i didnt get any of that--just an awkward stare and her hand out for mycard. There's a broken drive thru window, tape on something outside of the drive thru window. It just looks very run down. Ifyou don't care about how the outside looks where it's visible, imagine how the inside looks where it's not visible, for examplethe kitchen.... Whopper meat did not taste good at all. It was lukewarm and has a taste like it was either microwaved or sittingin some water to keep it "warm". I will not be returning to this BK anytime soon or maybe ever. Read more
Best whopper I've had in a long time. yes, it's just fast food but man for what you pay, it better be good and this was the best... ! Hot fresh, meat was hot! Chicken sandwich came in a bun with fungus. When updated the cashier they didnot even say sorry or provided any compensation for... this huge blunder they made. Instead, they offered to make a new one or refund money if i bring all of the food back to them. Read more
The food was good. Even though they were extremely short staffed our order was taken quickly and the food came out fast. It... was a little disparaging that this location has to keep their restroom doors locked due to homeless people wanting to wash up,sleep or whatever in them. Read more
