Waited about 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich in a restaurant filled with homeless folks. I know the homeless have to go... somewhere, but this was insane. And not a problem being surrounded by societies struggling citizens if I didnt have to wait 20minutes for a chicken sandwich. Read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. Lady was EXTREMELY rude when ordering at drive thru. When she was not listening to my... order after I repeated my order 3 times. If I could give 0 stars I would. Everything you go they make you stay behind a line so they're times look faster. Will never... customize your order(they will put down no lettuce or add tomato etc) so they will charge you for it and just slap the picturein your bag. I specifically sent my boyfriend to this particular location because they have always been the best one to me. He ordered and... was told there was only 1 biscuit and he could wait if he wanted another. When he brought my food home the biscuit was burnedand hard as a rock. I could not even eat it. If I wanted a microwaved burger I'd be better off going to the Walmart. Rodeo burgers were steaming hot, the wrappers were hot... as heck. Da** sure microwaved some old a** burger. Read more
