Went tonight around 9:45 p.m. for a impossible whopper, fries and onion rings. The crew tonight did an amazing job. The double... whopper was made fresh as well as the onion rings and fries. Not only is burger lack luster most of the time I come here, but they also tried to call the cops on an older woman with... Parkinson?s that leaves her unable to control some of her movement. When she tried to explain she was not on drugs to themanager they tried to rush her out saying there?s a 15 min policy in the dining room, as if. Went to the Burger King got me a Your way deal bacon double cheeseburger plain. when I got home opened up my bacon double... cheeseburger and noticed that it was plain just the way I ordered it but I did want the bacon on my sandwich I had no bacon Itried to call this Burger King and it?s now 7 PM and I know that I was the only one in the drive-through and they are refusingto answer the phone I?ve called three times and let it ring and ring until it just stops ringing not real happy with my servicetoday. I added mayonnaise to my sandwich wishing I had bacon. How hard is it to make a plain sandwich. I heard that some burgerkings are closing. I live very close, so I?ve ordered drive threw and dined in at this location. Lived here for 10 years, within 10 years I?ve... visited and ordered. Unfortunately it doesn?t change the quality of service. It?s Always slow and/or order is messed up. Youralways repeating order in drive through to get it right, yet most of the time it?s wrong. Customer service is just poor. Food,as it refers to sandwiches, sloppy, and fries mostly undercooked. I?m always hoping it?ll get new management or something willchange but unfortunately it is still the same. Read more

Absolutely disgusting, my grandmother , mom and I stopped by for lunch here today. We each got the 5$ whopper Jr combo with... the nuggets fries and drink. My nuggets are literally cold. Fries are raw and unseasoned. The burger bun was stale and dry. Idid not get to eat my nuggets or fries. Absolutely unacceptable. I live too far to merit a trip back to have them fixthis. This has occurred more times that I can count in the years I have stopped by this location and I'm fed up. Stay awayfrom this location! Read more
So I had to go inside to get my order corrected and while I was waiting a bunch of employees were bringing in used equipment and... merchandise from what looked like a defunct location or possibly a used equipment auction. I looked closer and saw multipleexpiration dates on various food and Icee base boxes. I was able to snap a few photos and quietly took my sandwich and left. Iwould be very cautious about what you may want to consider purchasing here in the future. I definitely will not be back. The Pros: -When I get dinner here the food is pretty good. Fish sandwiches, mozzarella sticks, cheesy tater tots, and the like... are all tasty. -The staff are usually nice and polite. The Cons: -Always have to wait a long time, even when there are no carsahead. -They tend to be out of items quite a bit. For a while every time I stopped by they were out of something I wanted. -Thebreakfast is not good. Biscuits are pretty much always overcooked and burnt, and it tastes stale even if you get it early in themorning. Read more
