Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru to order and receive my food. There were only 3 cars in front of me! Lunch should be quick... because people have to get back to work. This is not the first time I had slow service . I've also been completely ignored whenI went inside. I'm officially done with this location. Read more

Unprofessional, rude and dishonest regarding open-close time. They are never open the hours they have posted. I have been by... here multiple times around 10pm and they will not service you in the drive thru even though ppl are inside and it?s ?open? until12am. When you can get service during the day the staff is rude & could careless to get your order correct. It seems they havethe I don?t care about this job attitude when it comes to the customers. Worst Burger King I?ve ever been to. They turn the lights off in the parking lot and drive through at 8pm to make it look like... they are closed. I?ve waiting with one car ahead of me in the drive through for over 30 minutes twice! Really upsetting becauseI?m a big fan of BK and it?s near my house. Read more

I wish I could give zero stars.I pull around to the drive-through speaker as there was nobody in line. There was one car in line... at the window. However nobody greeted me when I pulled up to the speaker. I gave it a couple minutes, But there was still noanswer. So I say hello to see if maybe the speaker was broken And I got no response. The one car that was at the drive-throughwindow finally pulls away, So I wait a few more seconds and I still got no greeting. So I so at this point I figured the speakerwas broken and I pull up to the window. I asked the associate there who looked like she was potentially the manager. Her namewas Rachel.She responded back very rude and with attitude said I was answering you by the time you pulled away and rolled hereyes. I could not believe this person was possibly in charge of an entire restaurant, let alone dealing with customers that way.She continued with the attitude as she begrudgingly took my order as if it were an inconvenience to her. When she was finallydone and gave me the total, I handed her my credit card and she snatched it out of my hands. Handed me my drink without sayinganything, rolled her eyes as she handed me my card back, and slammed the window closed as she turned her back on me. Eventuallyhanded me my order, again without saying anything to me, and rolled her eyes yet again. After I got my order, before I couldeven finish saying thank you, she slams the drive through window yet again. Awful customer service! I have seen lots ofcomplaints in regards to this "Rachel" (who according to these other reviews IS the manager). It seems she is the thorn in thislocations side. Read more

My experience with this Burger King location is usually ok. But today was the most horrible experience as I had already eaten... half of my whopper I take a bite and realized I had either swallowed some of what turned out to be a very long hair which wasnot mine because I had on a hair bonnet all day and while consuming my food. Call first then went to the store to get a refundand to dispute matter was treated poorly and had authorities called on me and was trespassed for an entire year. ????
