I originally started getting the BBQ chicken dinner. Always good. Not so much for the grilled nuggets which are not grilled, no... grill marks at all. More like boiled. First couple times I was like yes they've got chic fil a beat. Now, Not! I don't know ifit's just this location but now I have to go to other locations to see if it's just the neighborhood or what. If I could give 0 star, I would. The food was awful, AWFUL! I felt nauseous after taking a couple of bites of the meatloaf. I... do have a stomach ache. That was a waste of money even if it cost me $ 11.82. The cornbread was hard and dry. The server scrapedthe pan for the sweet potatoes. It was only a little past noon. I ordered a quarter white chicken with meat loaf. I got a quarter dark, even though they knew what I was looking for... because... told me they were originally out. My problem is they didn't even bother telling me that they only had dark which I would havebeen completely fine with, they just gave me dark and didn't say anything. So I had gotten there just after 9:30 p.m., Inoticed they had shortened their hours till 10. So I was going to eat some so I could drink some Coke zero and I was going toleave at 9:55 p.m., so they had some time to close. At 9:54 p.m. a key holder jingles his keys at me and tells me he's about toclose. As I was eating out of a to go container, I topped off my drink packed it up and was out the door within a minute. Sothis location will occasionally close early whenever they feel like it, im they may provide a little attitude. it's a shameI've been come into this Boston market for years as I live around the corner and this is the worst experience I've ever had withthem. The service is really gone downhill with the past couple months. They really used to have great service. The person thatput together my food was nice, but someone that prepped the chicken for him was the one that didn't tell either of us it wasdark. This location is allowing dine in! ???? Food is served in take out containers, social distancing is followed to the letter & of... COURSE, masks are mandatory. Annie took my order. The food was so fresh, the dark meat, 3 PC chicken came with (2) sides andcornbread. The Turkey club was served on sourdough bread and it was delish! Turkey meat was pure white, tender & juicy. The clubcame with a side & a drink. Inside dine in was spotless. I HAD to use the ladies room & as unhappy to do so as I was, it wascleaner than anticipated. When I was getting up to leave, the lobby emeas packed with customers ordering takeout or picking uppreviously ordered food. They were served quickly & kindly. This Bostom Market has it down pat. Always awesome, taste like home cooked food. Chicken is the best, juicy and flavorable. All the side dishes are excellent. Its... always a treat when having a meal from Boston Market. Only one around the area and its always clean with friendly staff. Highlyrecommend. Read more
Order the rotisserie nuggets? 12. Not only are they undercooked but it has a bunch of mushy stuff with it? 7 total pieces. The... Mac n cheese & sweet potato is soupy & they didn?t even put the gravy for my mashed potatoes in the bag even after I asked if itwas in there?.
