Customer service was absolutely awful! The girl that took our order was really nasty, unpleasant, rude, and seemed like she... was bothered and didn'twant to be there. I went with my mom for Thanksgiving and my mom and it was the worst experience we haveever had. The customer service was the same for all patrons coming in for Thanksgiving - this is not how anyone should betreated! This should be reported to ABC News. Never go there again! Read more

I'm not sure if anyone will see this, but you had a good crew working there Saturday night (11/12/22). They jumped right in to... help a new employee. They were all very nice, and you could see they were trying to be a team. They got a little busy and nobodygot frustrated, they just did the work. I'd hire any of them any day. Read more

I was so excited about the sweet potato casserole.. the server didn't put any marshmallow in it...none. lol I think the kid was... training and didn't seem to understand what he was doing. Don't remember what else I had because it was also unremarkable. Read more

Drive through was closed. I had to go in . One person working. It was around 1PM. The food didn't look fresh. It looked like... it was from the day before. The man working used his bare hands, didn't put on any gloves putting the chicken on therotisserie. His hands touched the chicken. Myself and another person walked out. Bad health violation. Boston Market in North Dale went up on their prices BIG TIME!!!!! I ordered a individual basic chicken dinner with the two sides... and ordered a drink and the lady told me that my total was $21.66. Heck I can get a really nice dinner of Chicken Marsala atCarrabba's for that price and it taste a millon times better! I always ordered the same thing whenever I go to the BostonMarket and it has NEVER been that much! They are way over priced now and they are pushing it closer to go out of business sooner with those high prices! I cancelled my order and went to Publix and got a 8pc chicken dinner with 2 sides and 4 buns forALOT cheaper! From now on I will be going to Publix for my chicken dinners and I will be saving ALOT of $$$$ Read more

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have had in a pretty long while? The manager was very grumpy and he... continuously used the word ?no?which is not a good customer service practice. He wasn?t even checking to see if he had thethings in stock that we were asking for; he just completely shut down about every request that we made. Not only that, but mylegs were sticking to the booth seat because of how hot it was in the restaurant due to the AC being off. This is Florida, andit?s very important that the AC is working properly and that your workers are working properly as well. Also it would be a goodidea to make sure that the stores are stocked well because I was expecting barbecue sauce with my barbecue chicken and wasdeeply disappointed that they didn?t have any. Edit. I came here for two reasons. Sweet Thai garlic chicken and Coke Zero. They were out of their advertised special before 8pm... and completely out of diet soda. After store #257 shooed me out early so they could close early six months ago, I figured I'dgive BM another shot. I was wrong to try them again. This is my last visit to a BM . Read more

Ordered online and waited about 50 mins in the drive thru because the inside was closed. Called multiple times to see how to... skip the line but no one answered. Then we I get home we open our food to see rotten potatoes and chicken missing. You couldclearly see the potatoes were black and rotten when you put them in. But you don?t answer the phone when I call then by the timeI try to go back and return it, the restaurant closed. Disgusting.
