We got a boba tiger milk tea in this hot day, we thought it was going to be refreshing, specially with that vanilla scoop of ice... cream and let me tell you, it was below subpart, at best! The tea feels like I am drinking some earl grey tea, the "brown sugar"just taste like a mixture of honey and maple syrup, doesn't feel like there is any brown sugar, overly sweet. The popping bobas,the skin feels dry and inside just taste like butterscotch candy. The pictures shows bobas up to half the cup, we only got like10 bobas a cup. Very sad For ~$6 a cup you can just spend an extra few minutes driving to a tea place and get a good qualitytiger milk for less and support a local business, Very disappointed to say the least. Never have 70 % of the most basic common flavors....Chocolate, chocolate chip ice cream most bins were empty, no caramel topping... .... this has been happening for over a year now you need to ask what do they have instead of them asking you what do you want Read more

Just waited 10 minutes at the drive thru at 11pm to be told they can?t make a milkshake out of the almond milk ice cream because... they can?t contaminate the blender but every other BR seems to do it no problem? If this is true then they need to get aseparate blender for the almond milk ice cream. Not to mention the last time we tried to go they said they were out of icecream.... ALL ice cream. What??? This place needs better management in ordering ice creams and supplies! They are always missing a flavor, or a topping. I'm... talking about the most basic icecream flavor like CHOCOLATE or CHOCOLATE CHIPS, or they are out of Caramel. Do not buy donutsafter 2 pm they are NOT fresh after 2pm. Read more
A) have never gone her for the bask in Robbins Portion, probably because when I've gone inside I've never noticed anything but... the donuts! B) they always seem to be out of what you want C) one of the BEST Duncan donuts is The chocolate creme filleddonut...and this location doesn't offer it!!! Ridiculous ... D) ran in once to pick up Duncan donuts brand coffee creamer (youknow the one..extra sweet creme that you can get at all the stores) the employee said he didn't know what I was talking about,didn't know about the product. Seriously? Ended up.going to the Walgreens next door to get it... E) on a positive note, icetea is always good and they will make breakfast sandwiches all day and make them how you want them. Nothing! Never have the ice cream flavors that we like, never the freaking toppings no marshmallows (ever) and no fudge.. no... bananas for the banana split. Attention sucks.. need to improve in customer service and learn how to fulfill the expectations. Baskin Robbins is definitely going down.. Read more
I was excited for the tiger milk boba tea but it was a bit underwhelming. I think with tax I paid nearly 7 bucks for it and it... wasn't even full.. The flavor was flat, no flavor to it besides black tea, no brown sugar flavor.. the syrup on it tastes likemaple, and the bobas taste like butterscotch, no brown sugar to be found. And only a few bobas at the bottom as opposed to thepromo photos with loads of them. Rip offfff Read more
