Went there to get a smoothie. It was a fiasco. Between the 1st staffer telling me he didn't know how to make one and then the... 2nd one that did supposedly know how to make them rang it and the price showing in their register was much higher than the priceon the overhead price board I don't know which is more pathetic. Ice cream is good but they have gotten pricey and this store has very limited selection which includes regular chocolate vanilla... or strawberry which only leaves 15 other flavors. Portions are not as generous as they used to be for the price. Read more
First time I went here I got a single scoop ice cream cone when I left and read my receipt I was charged for a double scoop.... Second time here I ordered a ice coffee and it was basically all milk and way too much sugar. Third and final visit I got asingle scoop waffle cone the ice cream amount was small and the waffle cone was stale. Read more

OMG where do I begin. Every time I have been there it's a problem. New employees constantly, no product don't have cinnamon... don't have cappuccino mix. One day the manager made my drink and swore up and down she put cinnamon on top of my drink and itwasn't she finally admitted it wasn't. There is never enough people on shift ever! Yesterday I was there and there were twopeople working one which was new the place was busy and the lid to the the ice cream was left up so all the ice cream wasmelting down other products sitting out that shouldn't be and all because the two that were there were overloaded. The peoplewho work there are great and that's why I go back but seriously what is going on with the non management! And to top it offreally one afternoon they were almost out of donuts. Read more
I order a cappuccino blast on a daily basis. This is the most disgusting drink I have ever received. It is hit or miss at this... store, half the time they can?t even make it. But this ends it for me. I can?t support a store that can?t get it together. Read more
