I walked up top the counter and was greeted by a rude elderly lady. I've never eaten there before, so I asked about the... different items. She acted like I was an inconvenience. Like I should know what the menu was. I wanted to order, but due to herrudeness, I didn't. I know I'm only one person, but having worked in the restuarant business and retail, I felt it wasrude. They didn't have salted pretzels or cheese dip. I settled on the pretzel bites and they were stale and cold. The guy at the... counter was on his phone and just ignored me when I came up to order. I love Auntie Anne's but this location was bad. Read more
Pretzels did not taste as good as they normally do. They were cold and tasted old.
